1. 1. Check the handover records between employees before work.


2. Check whether there is any foreign matter falling into the machine, and timely clean up the residual sand in the machine, so as to prevent the equipment failure caused by blocking each conveying link.


3. The operator shall check the cleaning effect at any time, stop the machine immediately in case of any abnormality, and check the equipment as a whole.


4. The seals must be inspected daily and replaced immediately if damaged.


5. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether all switches of the control cabinet (panel) are in the required setting position (including all power switches) before starting the machine, so as to avoid misoperation, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment and damage to the equipment.


6. Start the manual procedure and use the air gun to clean up the remaining sand and dust of the lower sand ram.


7. After work, reset the machine to the original point, clean up the residual sand in the machine to ensure the normal operation of the next shift.


8. Check all electrical moving parts before work to see if they are loose and tighten them in time.


9. Regularly check whether the oil filling points meet the requirements.


10. Regular inspection and replacement of hydraulic oil shall be carried out for the molding machine used in long-term production to ensure that the hydraulic station has sufficient power to complete sand compaction.


11. In the process of production and use, it is necessary to prevent the iron block in the molding sand from entering the sand barrel of the molding machine.
